Before submitting a manuscript to the UniVlora Scientific Journal (UVSJ), authors are requested to ensure that their submission complies with the following requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the corresponding author for correction prior to peer review.

General Requirements

• The manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication by another journal.
• All authors have made substantial scholarly contributions to the work and have approved the final version of the manuscript.
• The manuscript falls within the Aims & Scope of the UniVlora Scientific Journal.
• The manuscript is written in clear, grammatically correct English.

Manuscript Preparation

• The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the Author Guidelines and follows the journal's formatting requirements.
• The title page includes:
  • the title of the manuscript;
  • the full names of all authors;
  • institutional affiliations;
  • ORCID iDs (where available);
  • the corresponding author's name and email address.
• An abstract and appropriate keywords are included.
• All figures, tables, and supplementary materials are properly numbered, captioned, and cited within the text.
• References are complete, accurate, and formatted according to the journal's required citation style.

Ethical Requirements

• All sources have been properly acknowledged and cited.
• The manuscript does not contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, or fabricated or falsified data.
• Where applicable, approval has been obtained from the appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board, and the approval information is included in the manuscript.
• Research involving human participants was conducted in accordance with recognized ethical principles, including informed consent where applicable.
• Research involving animals complied with applicable institutional and national ethical standards.

Declarations

• All authors have disclosed any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest.
• Sources of funding have been identified and acknowledged, or the manuscript states that no external funding was received.
• The manuscript includes a Data Availability Statement, where applicable.
• Permission has been obtained for the use of any copyrighted third-party material.

Submission

• The manuscript file has been uploaded in the required file format.
• Figures, tables, and supplementary files have been uploaded separately if required by the journal.
• The corresponding author has provided accurate contact information.
• All required metadata have been entered into the online submission system.
• The corresponding author confirms that the information provided during submission is accurate and complete.

Author Agreement

By submitting a manuscript to the UniVlora Scientific Journal, the corresponding author confirms, on behalf of all co-authors, that:

• the information provided is accurate and complete;
• all authors agree to the submission and publication of the manuscript, if accepted;
• the manuscript complies with the journal's ethical and editorial policies;
• the authors agree to the journal's License to Publish, Copyright & Licensing Policy, Open Access Policy, and other applicable journal policies.

Incomplete submissions or manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's policies may be returned to the authors for revision before entering the peer-review process.
