Open Access Policy

The UniVlora Scientific Journal (UVSJ) is a fully open access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the University "Ismail Qemali" of Vlora, Albania. The journal is committed to the principles of open science and believes that unrestricted access to scholarly research promotes the global exchange of knowledge, accelerates scientific discovery, and enhances the societal impact of research.

All content published in the UniVlora Scientific Journal is freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without subscription fees, registration requirements, or access restrictions.

Open Access Model

The journal provides immediate open access to all published content. Readers may access the full text of all articles at no cost from the journal's website immediately after publication.

The journal does not impose embargo periods on published content.
