License to Publish
The License to Publish establishes the legal agreement between the author(s) and the UniVlora Scientific Journal (UVSJ) regarding the publication of accepted manuscripts. This agreement enables the journal to publish, disseminate, preserve, and promote scholarly work while allowing authors to retain copyright.
Submission of a manuscript to the UniVlora Scientific Journal and its subsequent acceptance for publication constitute acceptance of the terms set forth in this License to Publish.
Author Declaration
By submitting a manuscript and, upon its acceptance, publishing it in the UniVlora Scientific Journal, the corresponding author, on behalf of all co-authors, declares that:
- the manuscript is original and has not been previously published, except where explicitly disclosed;
- the manuscript is not under consideration for publication by another journal;
- all listed authors have made substantial scholarly contributions to the work and have approved the final version of the manuscript;
- all authors agree to the submission and publication of the manuscript in the UniVlora Scientific Journal;
- all information provided during submission is accurate and complete.
Grant of License
Authors retain the copyright to their work.
By accepting publication, the authors grant the UniVlora Scientific Journal, published by the University "Ismail Qemali" of Vlora, Albania, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:
- publish, reproduce, and distribute the article in print and electronic formats;
- identify itself as the original publisher of the work;
- copy, archive, preserve, and make the article permanently available;
- assign and register persistent identifiers, including Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), where applicable;
- include the article and its metadata in abstracting and indexing services, repositories, preservation systems, and scholarly databases;
- authorize third parties to preserve and disseminate the published work as part of recognized scholarly communication services.
Because the license is non-exclusive, authors remain free to exercise all rights granted under copyright law.
Open Access License
All articles published in the UniVlora Scientific Journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
This license permits anyone to copy, distribute, display, reproduce, adapt, and reuse the published work for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the journal is acknowledged as the original source of publication, a link to the license is provided, and any modifications are clearly indicated.
Author Warranties
The corresponding author warrants, on behalf of all authors, that:
- the manuscript is the authors' original work;
- the manuscript does not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
- any third-party material included in the manuscript has been used with the necessary permissions or is otherwise lawfully reproduced;
- the research complies with applicable ethical and legal requirements;
- all conflicts of interest have been disclosed;
- all sources of financial support have been acknowledged;
- where applicable, the necessary ethical approvals and informed consent have been obtained.
Author Rights
Authors retain the right to:
- reuse their work in future scholarly publications;
- distribute and share the published Version of Record (the final published version of the article);
- deposit the published article in institutional, disciplinary, or funder repositories without embargo;
- use the article for teaching, research, professional, and educational purposes;
- reproduce figures, tables, and other original content created by the authors.
These rights are exercised in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) and the journal's Author Rights and Self-Archiving Policy.
Corrections and Retractions
The journal reserves the right to publish corrections, corrigenda, expressions of concern, or retractions where necessary to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record. Such actions will be taken in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics Policy and the guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Acceptance
Submission of a manuscript through the journal's online submission system confirms that the corresponding author has read, understood, and accepted this License to Publish on behalf of all co-authors.
